Shopping Information

1. How can I place an order on AussiesDeal.com.au?

Simply browse our website, add desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s completed?

Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. You can only modify an order until the shipping is being processed.

Once you receive a tracking number for the order, it cannot be modified. In such cases if you would like to cancel the order then you need to return the item back to us. Please visit return and refund policy for more information.

3. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the number to track your order on the respective shipping carrier’s website.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. You can find the complete list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.

1. What shipping options are available?

We offer free Standard Shipping for all order above $50. Standard shipping for less than $50 will cost AUD8.99 fee and it will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, and optional Express Shipping for AUD13.99 fee (GST included) within Australia. Refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping option. All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days promptly upon receipt of full payment. In addition Standard Shipping takes 3-7 working days, while Express Shipping takes 1-4 working days.

3. What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when you received it. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
